CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. All units are let for family holidays only. There is no security of tenure.
2. The property owner will be in no way responsible for any loss, damage, expense, accident or inconvenience which occurs as a result of any letting or loss or damage to any motor vehicles or their contents, boats or any other property parked or stored on or in the grounds of the property.

3. The number of persons sleeping in, visiting or making use of the unit must not exceed the number of persons stated on the booking form, when the booking is made. Children and babies must be included in this number. No unaccompanied young persons.

4. Well-behaved pets are allowed at a small extra charge. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after them.
5. Bookings are from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. If departure is delayed the property owner reserves the right to re-enter the property.
6. No booking is complete until deposit is received and confirmed in writing. The balance of hire payment is due three weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
7. Any deposit paid in connection with any letting will not be returned in the event of a cancellation, unless the cancellation is caused by the action of the property owner.
8. The hirer is expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and will be responsible for reimbursing the property owner in respect of any damage caused to the property of the effects therein.
9. Whilst every care is taken to ensure details on this brochure are correct the owners do not accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions contained herein or the result thereof.

In accordance with recommended guidance, the check-in time on day of arrival will be given the day before and this will be your allocated time of arrival and departure at 9am. This is to allow for the property to be changed over the same day and be unoccupied for a period after cleaning before the next guests arrive.

You are aware of the current situation and the risks involved during the coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, if any member of your household listed on the booking form is unable to travel and you have to cancel your reservation, be aware of the risk that no refund of the amount paid will be given. You must not travel to Caernarfon Bay Holiday Park if any member of your household is ill or self isolating.
